Summerhill Township Police SAY a 3 year old GIRL WAS FLOWN TO CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL IN PITTSBURGH TUESDAY NIGHT AFTER SHE was found face down in a swimming pool AT THE HOME OF A FAMILY FRIEND. Police SAY the child was in the water anywhere from 1-3 minutes before she was found. ONE OF THE ADULTS ON THE SCENE ADMINISTERED CPR UNTIL THE AMBULANCE ARRIVED. charges ARE a possibility.

THE AGENCY TRIED TO EVICT THE BLACK WOMAN FROM SECTION 8 HOUSING AT THE FAIRVIEW HILLS COMPLEX FOR VIOLATIONS THAT ALLEGEDLY DID NOT LEAD TO EVICTIONS FOR WHITE RESIDENTS. THE AGREEMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE AN ADMISSION OF WRONGDOING AND LAWYER DAVE ANDREWS SAYS AUTHORITY OFFICIALS WANTED TO AVOID THE COST OF MOUNTING A DEFENSE.
