THE ALTOONA MIRROR REPORTS THAT BLAIR COUNTY JUDGE TIM SULLIVAN HAS RULED THAT FORMER ALTOONA POLICE OFFICER DUANE EICHENLAUB received A FAIR TRIAL. THE JURY CONVICTED HIM OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AND CONSPIRACY FOR BEATING 2 MEN AT PELLEGRINE’S LOUNGE IN 2010…THEN TRYING TO COVER IT UP. EICHENLAUB’S ATTORNEY CLAIMED AN OUT-OF-COUNTY JURY SHOULD HAVE HEARD THE CASE. THE STATE SUPERIOR COURT WILL NOW EITHER REVIEW THE CASE…OR CONFIRM THE VERDICT AND 11-AND-A-HALF TO 23 MONTH PRISON SENTENCE.

He WAS WEARING A BLUE & WHITE CHECKED LONG-SLEEVE SHIRT AND CARRYING A BAG. Assault SUSPECT PICKED UP

around 10 last night, state police in bedford county arrested 49 year old ronald miller senior of east freeDom. friday evening, he was waiting when his estranged wife arrived at her imler home. he allegedly HeLD Her against her will for nearly 5 hours…assaulted her and threatened to shoot her. The victim eventually got away and Miller fled. troopers haven’t said where they found miller.

THE CENTRE DAILY TIMES REPORTS THAT Former Centre County Assistant District Attorney Steve Sloane has pleaded guilty To sELLING marijuana to employees at a law firm where he was working in 2011. Sentencing IS SCHEDULED SeptEMBER 6TH. Sloane HAD THE POT MAILED IN from California. HE WAS FIRED FROM MASORTI AND DONALDSON WHEN THE criminal investigation began.
